Abstract Objective To study the effect of chlorine dioxide on biofilm control of oral dental treatment chair waterway system (DUWL). Methods 30 comprehensive dental treatment chairs in a dental hospital were selected and randomly divided into chlorine dioxide 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 mg/L disinfection groups and a control group, with 5 units in each group. The control group used sterile distilled water.
